All orders are shipped during business days - holidays excluded. Please allow 1-3 days for processing before your order is shipped.

Due to the nature of the item - for sanitary and infection control purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. Receiving damaged items are unlikely, however, should this event occur, we will be more than happy to replace it within 30 days of the date of purchase.
